State troopers say a woman is dead after a golf cart hit her in Summerfield this afternoon.
FHP troopers say a 75-year-old woman was driving the golf cart in the backyard of a home on Southeast 52nd Court just before 3:30 p.m.
A 76-year-old woman was standing nearby and was hit, killing her.
Troopers did not release any other details.
