Officials with Florida Highway Patrol (FHP) said one person is dead after a crash on I-75 Tuesday morning.
It happened just after 8:30 a.m. Tuesday in the southbound lanes near the Newberry Road exit in Alachua County.
The video shows the scene after a silver-colored car crashed into a pole.
Alachua County Fire Rescue (ACFR) officials said no one else was hurt in the incident.
FHP troopers reported the crash as a fatality, according to the live traffic crash and road condition report map on their website. They are still investigating.
They identified the victim as a 30-year-old female from Gainesville.
