The Taco Bell employee, FA, pleaded no contest to the charge in court Tuesday and was sentenced to six months’ probation.

A Milton Taco Bell employee is charged with spitting in a customer’s nacho cheese container over a personal “beef,” according to the arrest report.
FA, 34, of Milton, was arrested on May 6 on a misdemeanor charge of Culpable Negligence. She was released from Santa Rosa County Jail the next day on $150 bond.
The incident happened on May 6 at the Taco Bell at 6281 Highway 90 in Milton.
The arrest report states the female victim ordered nacho cheese as part of her meal.
“Upon opening the container, [the victim] observed a mucus-like substance inconsistent with the product’s normal appearance and immediately notified the assistant manager on duty,” the officer noted in the report.
The store manager then reviewed internal surveillance footage.
“The footage clearly showed A intentionally spitting into the nacho cheese cup prior to serving it to the victim,” the officer noted in the report.
According to the report, A admitted to police that she spit in the nacho cheese, citing a personal grievance with the victim.
“A stated she believed [the victim] was attempting to engage in a relationship with [A’s] boyfriend, which she described as a ‘beef’ between the two,” the office noted in the report.
