The Lee County Sheriff’s Office is investigating a shooting at Harold Avenue South in Lehigh Acres.
Deputies arrived on the scene around 2 a.m. Gulf Coast News crews saw deputies surround a home and put on gloves.
They also saw a deputy talk to someone down the street and saw a group of people sit in front of an LCSO car.
LCSO said a victim was transported and released from the hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.
They also said the victim has been uncooperative with law enforcement and signed a complaint withdrawal.
