UPDATE: All lanes on US 331 S are back open. The Florida Highway Patrol is still investigating the cause of the crash.
The Walton County Sheriff’s Office and Walton County Fire Rescue have responded to a single-vehicle crash.
According to a WCSO Facebook post, the crash happened on 331 S highway near Bay Grove Road in Freeport.
Officials report that all southbound lanes of 331 S are shut down at this time for Walton Air Rescue to land.
Drivers are urged to use caution in the area and expect delays.
