A 48-year-old Miami Beach man was arrested on Friday to face charges over a boat crash that killed a 28-year-old Hialeah woman in the Florida Keys.

According to the Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission, R A was operating a 39-foot speed boat when there was a crash on Nov. 7 in Key West and Stephanie Rodriguez died.

“S was a kind, loving, and playful person whose warmth touched everyone she met. To know her was to love her,” MP wrote on GoFundMe.
