The Florida Highway Patrol responded to a fatal crash Thursday night on Interstate 75 northbound, just north of Alico Road in Lee County.
The crash involved a pedestrian and a vehicle around 10:44 p.m.
The pedestrian was struck in the left lane while trying to cross the interstate after the vehicle they were in rolled over in another crash.
The incident is still under investigation to determine the specific sequence of events.
At this time, all lanes have been cleared.
