Two major crashes shut down I-95 northbound in Sebastian

A major crash has shut down the northbound side of I-95 in Sebastian.

According to the Florida Highway Patrol, the crash happened around 4:30 a.m. Friday just before the Micco Road exit.

A second crash happened in the backup.

All of the northbound lanes are shut down, and drivers should exit at Sebastian Boulevard and use US-1 as a detour.

FHP says people were injured in both of the crashes.

This is a developing story.
