Man hospitalized after being stabbed in Miami, cops say

A man was taken to the hospital early Saturday morning after being in Miami, according to police.

It happened around 5:40 a.m. at the intersection of Biscayne Boulevard and Northeast 77th Street in the city’s Little River neighborhood.

Officers with the Miami Police Department said they were called to the scene and found a man with a stab wound.

Authorities said Miami Fire Rescue personnel transported him to North Shore Medical Center. His age or condition were not immediately released.

Police said the investigation is “ongoing” and anyone with information is urged to call Miami-Dade Crime Stoppers at 305-471-8477.
