The Florida Highway Patrol was on the scene of a crash on I-295 E South, before Southside Blvd. and Monument Road.
As of 9:05 a.m., drivers were able to pass the crash in the emergency lane.
At least two semi-trucks appear to be involved.
Drivers are urged to slow down through the area.
