One person has been arrested for DUI following an ATV crash the night of July 4th.
According to DeFuniak Springs Police, the driver of the ATV, 24-year-old Corey Browan Jr. tried to illegally pass another vehicle on the road.
They say the ATV hit the vehicle Browan was trying to pass then hit a parked vehicle.
We’re told a pregnant passenger that was riding the ATV was ejected during the crash and taken to an area hospital.
Browan was arrested for DUI with serious bodily injury and driving while license suspended.
DeFuniak Springs police are urging residents to make smart choices this holiday weekend.
