A man was hospitalized after a shooting was reported in Orlando early Wednesday morning, according to the Orange County Sheriff’s Office.
Deputies responded to the shooting around 12:30 a.m. at the 1600 block of Leeway Avenue.
The victim was described as a man in his 40s. He was taken to a hospital and is in stable condition, according to deputies.
Everyone involved in the shooting remained on scene. At this time, there is no threat to the community.
Details about what led to the shooting are unknown.
The shooting remains under investigation.
