VIDEO: Cocoa woman struck in hit-and-run crash in Brevard County; driver sought

 A 55-year-old Cocoa woman was injured early Saturday when she was struck in a hit-and-run crash in Brevard County, according to the Florida Highway Patrol.

The incident happened around 6:50 a.m. on Arabella Lane and Barclay Drive.

According to troopers, the woman was walking on Arabella Lane next to the right shoulder of the roadway. Video released by the FHP shows the woman get hit by a light-colored vehicle.

The FHP said the vehicle — which appears to be a lighter colored (silver or gold) 2004-08 Honda Accord — should have damage to the right passenger-side mirror and front-right bumper.

The woman was taken to the hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.

Anyone with information is asked to call FHP at *347 or report anonymously to Crimeline at 800-423-8477.

An investigation is ongoing.
