Argument during domino game leads to stabbing in Hialeah: Police

An argument during a domino game led to a stabbing in Hialeah on Saturday, according to police.

Hialeah police said it happened at 1671 West 38th Place.

A “preliminary investigation reveals that an argument erupted during a domino game, leading to the subject reportedly slashing the victim with a knife,” authorities said.

The suspect, who is homeless, fled before officers arrived and remains at-large. More information on that suspect was not immediately available.

The victim was taken to Jackson Memorial Hospital’s Ryder Trauma Center by Hialeah Fire Rescue for treatment, police said. Their condition was not revealed.

The stabbing is still under investigation.
