A crash occurred on Cleveland Avenue involving three cars near Victoria and Edison Avenue on Sunday.
Two people sustained critical injuries and were transported to the hospital for evaluations.
As of Monday morning, the northbound and southbound lanes have reopened.
The Fort Myers Police Department said that two of the vehicles were traveling at a high rate of speed.
They said that there are no updates on the victims, but they are investigating the crash.
