Coach arrested after fights broke out at youth football game in Clearwater

Two people were injured and another arrested after multiple fights broke out at a youth football game Saturday.

At 3:30 p.m., the Clearwater Police Department responded to the Countryside Sports Complex, located at 3060 McMullen Booth Road.

At the scene, officers said they found two people who were injured.

The Clearwater Police Department arrested EFW, 36, a coach from Gainesville. He was taken and booked into the Pinellas County Jail.

Police have charged him with battery and disorderly conduct.
