A 32-year-old man was arrested Saturday for the fatal shooting of a man in Murray Hill back in April, the Jacksonville Sheriff’s Office said.
BE is charged with second-degree murder and accessory after the fact and possession of a firearm by a convicted felon.
On April 15, JSO found CC, 33, with multiple gunshot wounds on Ernest Street near McDuff Avenue.
Jacksonville Fire and Rescue Department took him to the hospital, where he died.
