Florida Highway Patrol state troopers worked two bad traffic crashes this morning, one proved to be deadly.
It happened at 9:00 a.m. this morning at the intersection of Highway 20 & Joe Campbell Road, just east of Freeport in Walton County.
Troopers say a 33-year-old Westville man failed to stop his pick-up truck and slammed into two vehicles stopped on Highway 20.
He and his 19-year-old passenger were not hurt.
The second vehicle, an SUV, flipped over on the shoulder.
The driver, a 50-year-old woman from Westville, died at the scene.
A 39-year-old man from Dallas, Texas, was driving the third vehicle, a pick-up truck.
He was not hurt.
The crash is still under investigation.
