Wrong-way DUI driver killed, another critically injured in Loxahatchee head-on collision

A head-on collision on Seminole Pratt Whitney Road killed a wrong-way DUI driver and critically injured a Loxahatchee man.

According to the traffic report from the Palm Beach County Sheriff’s Office (PBSO), the crash happened at 7:18 a.m. on Sunday near the 6200 block of Seminole Pratt Whitney Road when 28-year-old MP of Palm Beach Gardens was traveling northbound in the southbound.

P, who was not wearing a seatbelt at the time of the crash, struck a 59-year-old man driving an SUV head-on, per PBSO.

Deputies say both drivers were transported to St. Mary’s Medical Center, where P succumbed to her injuries, and the victim remains in critical condition.
