A home caught fire on Jeffcott Street in Fort Myers on Wednesday evening.
According to the Fort Myers Fire Department, there were no injuries after heavy flames and smoke were at the house.
Fort Myers Fire said that the homeowner ran and told their neighbor that the home was on fire, and the neighbor called 911.
Lee County EMS aided the occupant, who was hysterical.
FMFD is at the scene. Jeffcott Street is blocked off at this time. There was one down power line as well, according to the fire department.
Gulf Coast News is on scene. Fort Myers Fire said what caused the fire is under investigation.
