Marion County sheriff’s deputies say the man they shot after a traffic stop died in the hospital.
They pulled over D’M S, 25, around 3 a.m. on Friday.
They say he started driving towards a deputy, causing another deputy to shoot S, which landed him in the hospital.
He died late Friday night from his injuries.
S was facing charges of aggravated assault on an officer and battery before his death.
