A man was found dead inside a Boynton Beach house when firefighters responded to a Sunday morning fire.
Firefighters with the Boynton Beach Fire Rescue (BBFR) responded to a home near Venice Drive at 10 a.m. for reports of smoke.
Both BBFR and the Boynton Beach Police Department (BBPD) arrived on scene, where they reportedly located a deceased man inside the house.
Detectives and the State Fire Marshal are investigating the nature of the fire and the cause of death.
Officials say the investigation is ongoing at this time.
