Three people were injured after a school bus and a car collided in Lehigh Acres.
According to the Lee County Sheriff’s Office, the crash happened at approximately 8:58 a.m. on Tuesday near 30th Street West and Hanna Avenue North.
The School District of Lee County told Gulf Coast News that the bus was hit by a car on the passenger side, with a bus driver and two students on board. The school district said the two students were not injured, but the bus driver was transported to a hospital.
LCSO said those who were injured in the crash were transported with non-life-threatening injuries.
