Person hospitalized after being stabbed in Fort Lauderdale: Police

An investigation is underway in Fort Lauderdale Saturday morning after a person was stabbed, police said.

According to Fort Lauderdale Police, officers and fire rescue crews arrived at the 1300 block of Northeast Fifth Terrace at around 1:56 a.m. after receiving reports of a stabbing.

Once at the scene, a person with non-life-threatening injuries was found, and they were taken to the Broward Health Medical Center.

Police said that the victim and the suspected stabber were bother using narcotics before the incident happened.

No arrests were made.
