One person was injured, and deputies are investigating after a shooting in east Fort Myers Friday morning.
According to the Lee County Sheriff’s Office, the shooting happened on Heiman Avenue where a man was injured and taken to the hospital.
Deputies and violent crimes detectives are investigating, however, no additional information has been released.
