A child was hospitalized after being struck by a car in Miami on Friday, officials said.
The incident happened along Northwest 17th Avenue near Northwest 43rd Street.
Miami Police officials said the child was struck by a vehicle and taken to Jackson Memorial Hospital’s Ryder Trauma Center in stable condition.
Police haven’t released the child’s age or identity.
The vehicle involved stayed at the scene, and the incident was being investigated.
