According to Panama City Beach Police, a child was hit by a low-speed vehicle (LSV) driving westbound on Front Beach Road on Wednesday.
We’re told a family was crossing the road from Pier Park to the City Pier, and the LSV ran the red light, striking the child.
Law enforcement said the family had the right of way.
PCBPD said the child does have injuries, and the driver has been arrested.
