Man dies after shooting at house party along Monroe Court in Immokalee

Collier County deputies are investigating a deadly shooting that occurred on Friday night along Monroe Court in Immokalee.

According to the Collier County Sheriff’s Office, deputies received a call at approximately 9:05 p.m. about a disturbance at a house party.

CCSO said a man was shot and taken to NCH Northeast, where he was pronounced dead. According to the sheriff’s office, one person is detained in connection with the shooting.
