A 56-year-old motorcyclist died Saturday evening after they were involved in a crash in Putnam County, the Florida Highway Patrol said.
According to FHP, the crash occurred around 7:15 p.m. on County Road 308, approaching Browns Hammock Road.
Troopers say the motorcycle and a sedan were heading east on the roadway when the front left portion of the sedan hit the motorcycle.
The motorcyclist was taken to a local hospital as a result of the crash, where they later died, FHP said.
