An overnight crash in Miami-Dade involving several vehicles claimed the life of one driver and sent three other people to the hospital, deputies said.
According to the Miami-Dade Sheriff’s Office, on Friday, at around 11:11 p.m., deputies arrived in the area of Northwest 62nd Avenue and 12th Street after receiving reports of a crash.
At the scene, deputies saw three vehicles that were involved in the crash, and several people were injured.
Four people were taken to Kendall HCA Hospital by Miami-Dade Fire Rescue, where one of the drivers in the crash succumbed to their injuries.
The three other people remain at the hospital in stable condition.
An investigation into the crash remains active.
