A fire broke out early Monday at Sapphire Winter Park apartments, displacing 13 residents, fire officials said.
The fire was reported along Whitney Way off Howell Branch Road in Seminole County near Winter Park.
Seminole County fire officials said one apartment was damaged by fire and another sustained water damage.
Three people were treated for smoke inhalation, but they’re expected to be OK, officials said.
Emergency management was called to help the 13 residents who have been displaced.
The cause of the fire is under investigation.
