A crash with injuries on I-95 South in West Palm Beach is backing up traffic on Wednesday morning.
Florida 511 reported a crash just before Exit 68, Southern Boulevard, at 6:55 a.m.
In the latest update at 7:17 a.m. officials said that the four left lanes have been blocked.
The Florida Highway Patrol reported that the crash involved injures.
