Florida Highway Patrol says a possible suspect and vehicle have been located after a 25-year-old Jacksonville woman was killed in a hit-and-run crash on 103rd Street Monday night.
FHP said the crash happened around 7:30 p.m.
According to a release from FHP, a 68-year-old man driving a green 2010 Chevrolet Camaro was traveling westbound on 103rd Street near Kinkaid Road when the woman crossed in front of the vehicle.
Troopers said the Camaro struck the woman, as the driver then fled the scene, continuing west on 103rd Street.
According to FHP, the woman was pronounced dead on scene.
The crash caused all of 103rd Street in the area to shut down temporarily.
