GAINESVILLE, Fla. (WCJB) – One person was killed in a crash on Interstate 75 near the Newberry Road exit, according to the Alachua County Sheriff’s Office.
Deputies reported the crash just before 5:30 p.m.
All northbound lanes have since reopened.
The investigation has been turned over to the Florida Highway Patrol.
