Driver hits 2 people at Cuba rally at Versailles after suffering medical emergency

A car hit two people during a Cuba rally at Versailles on Thursday after the driver suffered a medical emergency, fire officials said.

According to Miami Fire Rescue, the driver and his wife were driving when he suffered a medical emergency and accidentally clipped a man at the rally, who had fallen on another man.

All three were in complete stable condition, officials said. They were taken to the hospital to get checked out.

Fire officials said the crash was not intentional.

This happened as dozens of people protested at the Versailles restaurant for the freedom and rights of Cuban people on the island.
