Two drivers were taken to a local hospital after a crash Thursday morning on I-10.
Florida Highway Patrol says a 54-year-old man from Mobile driving a tractor-trailer was westbound near mile marker 62 when, for an unknown reason, he crossed the median and hit an oncoming tractor-trailer head-on.
The other driver, a 71-year-old man from South Carolina, was also hospitalized with serious injuries.
