A school bus was involved in a crash at an intersection just south of Bayshore Elementary School in North Fort Myers Thursday morning.
According to the Lee County Sheriff’s Office, no children were on board the bus at the time of the crash, which took place at around 7:15 a.m. at the intersection of Bayshore Road and Williams Road.
One person was transported to the hospital following the crash, LCSO said.
One westbound lane of Bayshore Road was closed at the time of the crash.
