A 25-year-old Milton man was killed on Monday night after his car left Interstate 10 in Santa Rosa County and struck a tree, according to FHP.
Troopers say the crash happened at 8:19 p.m. on Interstate 10 eastbound at mile marker 20.
Investigators say the man was driving a 2023 Genesis sedan and traveling eastbound when he lost control while negotiating a curve.
The car went off the south shoulder of I-10 into the wood line, where it collided with a tree, according to FHP.
The investigation is ongoing.
