A 22-year-old Pensacola man was seriously injured after crashing his sport bike type motorcycle into a truck in Escambia County Thursday evening.
According to Florida Highway Patrol, the motorcyclist was traveling westbound on Lee Street.
Troopers say he drove past a stop sign at the intersection with North T Street and hit a Ford F-150.
He reportedly crashed his sport bike into the truck’s driver side door. The incident happened at approximately 6:50 p.m.
FHP says the motorcyclist was unresponsive on scene. He was taken to a nearby hospital.
