The Collier County Sheriff’s Office said two people are dead and a person was hospitalized after a shooting on Avellino Isles Circle in the Vineyards community on Wednesday night.
Deputies said the shooting stemmed from a domestic dispute after they received a call at 7:23 p.m. In addition, the shooter is not at large.
Two people were shot and killed, according to deputies. One victim who was also shot and survived was taken to the hospital with injuries declared as a trauma alert.
The sheriff’s office’s homicide, major crimes and crime scene units are at the scene investigating.
