What appears to be a dump truck, or tractor trailer, has overturned from the southbound lanes of I-75, into the median at Clark Road.
A white sedan was also involved in the crash.
According to Trooper Kenn Watson with Florida Highway Patrol, one person received significant injury, and a trauma alert has been issued.
I-75 is backed up a minimum of 30 minutes, in both directions approaching Clark Road.
Drivers are faced with over 8 miles of crawling traffic southbound, and over 5 miles northbound.
