For the second time this morning, traffic is traveling less than 10 miles per hour, with a crash in the travel lanes of I-75,
Two lanes are blocked between State Road 70 and University Parkway, on I-75 southbound.
Backups exceed 5 miles to the US-301 area, and drivers are stuck in a 40 minute delay.
Before 7 this morning, a major crash also occurred near River Road, in the northbound lanes.
That crash created a significant backup as well.
