Crash on Don Shula Expressway at Killian Parkway shuts down northbound lanes

A crash on the Don Shula Expressway (State Road 874) shut down the northbound lanes on Tuesday morning.

The Florida Highway Patrol said it was responding to a vehicle crash with injuries at Killian Parkway (SW 104th Street) in Miami-Dade.

It was not immediately clear who was hurt or what may have caused the collision.

Video shows drivers squeezing by the shoulder as crews work to clean the debris.

Drivers are advised to take Dixie Highway or Florida’s Turnpike as alternate routes.
