Driver and passenger ejected in early morning car crash

Saturday morning at approximately 2:15 a.m., two people were involved in a car crash on East Spencer Field Road.

According to FHP, a Toyota Corolla was traveling northbound on East Spencer Road toward the intersection of North Spencer Field Road.

The sedan lost control and collided with a utility pole and a tree.

Both the driver and passenger, a 27-year-old man and a 32-year-old woman, were ejected, suffering critical injuries, and were transported to a local hospital.

The next of kin have been notified, and this investigation is still ongoing.
