Man electrocuted by power line in Marion County, taken to hospital

A man was taken to the hospital after being electrocuted by a power line, first responders said.

Fire rescue officials said the man came into contact with the power line just before noon at a home on Northwest Highway 225 in Reddick.

He was found on the roof of the two-story building.

First responders said he was sent to the hospital as a trauma patient.
