Crash involving Hernando County bus shuts down busy road

A crash between a pickup truck and a Hernando County bus on Wednesday shut down a major road in Brooksville.

The crash happened that morning on Cortez Boulevard near Sheriff Mylander Way.

Three people were taken to the hospital with injuries.

The crash blocked the northbound lanes of Cortez Boulevard, but the road has since reopened.
