Crash blocks SW Archer Road after vehicle flees deputies across multiple counties

A portion of Southwest Archer Road is completely blocked after a vehicle fleeing law enforcement crashed on Monday.

Alachua County Sheriff’s Office deputies, Levy County deputies, and Florida Highway Patrol troopers are on scene on the 15000 block of Southwest Archer Road.

According to ACSO, the vehicle crashed after fleeing from the Levy County Sheriff’s Office.

The crash is completely blocking the roadway in the area.

Drivers are being asked to avoid the area and use an alternate route when possible.
