BSO deputy and driver hospitalized after crash in North Lauderdale

A Broward Sheriff’s deputy and a driver were hospitalized after a crash in North Lauderdale Thursday morning, officials said.

The crash happened around 11:20 a.m. near West McNab Road and Southwest 71st Street.

BSO deputies and fire rescue responded, and the deputy and the driver of the other vehicle were both taken to a local hospital for treatment.

Their identities and conditions weren’t released.

The circumstances surrounding the crash remained under investigation.
