Multiple people flee from vehicle after hit-and-run crash in Lauderhill, police say

Lauderhill police are searching for multiple people who fled the scene of a hit-and-run crash early Monday morning, authorities confirmed.

According to police, the crash was reported in the area of 1200 N. State Road 7.

Police said the suspects’ vehicle caught fire, but the flames were quickly extinguished.

No injuries were reported and no other details were immediately released.
