A home in Grey Oaks Country Club was pouring smoke on Wednesday as firefighters worked to put out a fire in Central Naples.
The North Collier Fire and Rescue District responded to the fire along Bulrush Lane and Grey Oaks Drive at 9:45 a.m. No one was inside the home.
According to the fire department, units saw smoke coming from the rooftop and east side of the second-story home.
When firefighters went inside the home, flames were visible inside the home. The size of the house and the heat conditions were all reasons a second alarm was struck.
The fire was put out, and the state fire marshal was called to the scene to investigate the cause.
